Dr. Eli Mayes and our team are aware that not every financial system is the same, and we provide our patients with a variety of payment options. If you plan to pay out of pockets, please use one or more of the following options:

Insuarance and billing

We accept most conventional insuarance plans and will bill your insuarance company as a courtesy to you. Also for our patietients we help estimate dental insuarance benefits prior to treatment, provide detailed treatment plans with patients costs, file patients claims and accept direct payment from accepted insuarance providers.

Cancellation Philosophy

Occassionally, changes occur in all our schedules. When this occurs, it provides an opportunity for others to take care of their dental needs. Should this occur, please provide us the courtesy of 48 hours' notice so that we may accomodate other patients and so you may avoid unnecessary charges.
